Cedar Fair Sues Santa Clara Over 49ers Stadium Plan

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 2:48 PM EDT) -- Amusement park owner Cedar Fair LP has sued the city of Santa Clara, Calif., over a development plan allowing for the construction of a new San Francisco 49ers stadium near the California's Great America park, contending that the city rushed the plan without applying proper environmental scrutiny.
