Sirius Indemnification Case Over Katz Suit Survives

Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected Intervoice Inc.'s bid to dismiss an indemnification case brought by Sirius XM Radio Inc. to recover money paid out in connection with a patent suit brought against the satellite radio broadcaster over interactive call processing technology.

Judge R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California denied Intervoice's motion to dismiss Sirius' amended third party complaint on Monday.
