Court Sides With IMX In Mortgage Tech Patent Ruling

Law360 (January 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- LendingTree LLC suffered another blow in its legal battle with rival IMX Inc. after a federal court ruled that the mortgage technology company failed to prove that a patent for connecting borrowers with lenders over the Internet is unenforceable due to inequitable conduct in the prosecution of the patent.
