Ofcom, BSkyB Reach Temporary Deal On TV Rates

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 6:54 PM EDT) -- British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC has reached an agreement with the U.K. Office of Communications to temporarily suspend Ofcom's March 31 order forcing BSkyB to air premium sports programming at lower prices, allowing the broadcaster to appeal the ruling before the U.K.'s Competition Appeal Tribunal.
