Wal-Mart Yanks Cadmium-Tainted Miley Cyrus Baubles

Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 5:03 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has pulled tween icon Miley Cyrus' jewelry line from its shelves in the wake of reports that it sold the products despite knowing they contain dangerous levels of the toxic metal cadmium.
