Jon Lovitz Ditched Season Ticket Deal: Dodgers

Law360, New York (May 26, 2010, 5:22 PM EDT) -- Major League Baseball's Los Angeles Dodgers have sued Jon Lovitz for breach of contract, accusing the actor of reneging on a promise to pay $95,400 for three prime seats at Dodger Stadium during the 2010 baseball season.

Delaware-based Dodger Tickets LLC sued Lovitz and up to 100 unnamed defendants Monday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, saying the defendants signed a deal for seats for the 2008, 2009 and 2010 season but never ponied up the cash for the current season.
