AIB Must Show Documents To Citibank, BoA

Law360 (January 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Thousands of documents used to compile a report on what went wrong when rogue trader John Rusnak disguised $691 million in losses for an Allied Irish Banks Plc subsidiary can now be used in a court case against Citibank and Bank of America, a district judge ruled on Friday.
