Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has certified a class of loan officers and rejected a challenge to a decision that granted the plaintiffs conditional certification under the Fair Labor Standards Act in a suit against mortgage brokerage Morgan Funding Corp. over its alleged violations of New York and New Jersey wage-and-hour laws.
