National Gypsum, Lowe's Can't Shake Drywall Claims

Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 3:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has let stand the core product liability claims in a putative class action against National Gypsum Co. and Lowe’s HIW Inc., but he trimmed claims for breach of implied warranties and unjust enrichment in connection with the allegedly defective drywall.
