Weil Gotshal Faces Cut From Rangers Ch. 11

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 1:28 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the Texas Rangers bankruptcy is trying to remove Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP from the case, saying the firm’s murky disclosures and lucrative relationship with the owner of the baseball team preclude it from serving as debtor’s counsel.
