Delta Resolves Objections To Disclosure Statement

Law360, New York (February 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Moving ever closer to exiting bankruptcy protection, Delta Air Lines Inc. said Tuesday that the company had resolved all objections to its disclosure statement.

“The debtors believe that they have resolved every single objection - formal or informal, filed or unfiled, represented or pro se - in connection with the disclosure statement and the approval motion,” Delta said in court documents.

The hearing for the disclosure statement will be held on Wednesday; it must be approved by the court before Delta is allowed to begin soliciting...
