Court OK's Delta's Disclosure Statement

Law360, New York (February 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Delta Air Lines Inc.’s disclosure statement was approved by the bankruptcy court Wednesday, a move that inches the airline ever closer to putting an end to its hard-fought Chapter 11 battle.

With Judge Adlai S. Hardin Jr.’s stamp of approval on the disclosure statement, Delta’s reorganization plan can now go to creditors for a vote.
