Pepper Hamilton Atty Can't Exit Sandhog Benefits Suit

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 2:23 PM EDT) -- A Pepper Hamilton LLP attorney on Wednesday failed to disentangle himself from representation of former employee benefit fund administrator Melissa G. King in a civil suit over her alleged theft of $42 million from a union representing New York City tunnel excavators, or “sandhogs.”
