BofA Can't Shake Examiner's Back Pay Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A federal judge refused to grant either side an early victory in a former Bank of America NA employee’s class action, requiring further litigation to determine if the bank owes back wages to workers reclassified as eligible for overtime pay.
