Antitrust Litigation Trends: Technology

Law360 (February 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Caught in the international firestorm surrounding pricing practices in the memory chip industry, Micron Technology Inc. leads the pack of technology businesses hit hard in 2006 by antitrust litigation, our survey of the 50 largest technology companies shows.

Semiconductor makers dominated the list, which is hardly surprising considering that the group faced at least 92 separate lawsuits over alleged price-fixing in the DRAM and SRAM industry this past year.
