Law360, New York (September 1, 2010, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has foiled GlaxoSmithKline PLC's latest campaign to dismiss direct purchaser claims in a class action accusing the drugmaker of filing baseless patent suits to delay generic competition in the market for antidepressant Wellbutrin SR.
