US Appeals Loss In Army Hospital Construction Case

Law360, New York (September 10, 2010, 4:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government has appealed a court ruling that overturned a decision by the Government Accountability Office to strip Turner Construction Co. Inc. of a contract to build a $333 million hospital at Fort Benning in Georgia due to organizational conflicts of interest.
