Pfizer Off The Hook In Genotropin Kickback Suit

Law360, New York (September 15, 2010, 2:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a qui tam lawsuit against Pfizer Inc. and affiliate Pharmacia Corp. that accused the drugmakers of paying kickbacks to physicians and marketing the growth hormone deficiency medication Genotropin for off-label uses.
