Fox News Wraps Up Copyright Suit Over Madoff Video

Law360, New York (September 16, 2010, 2:49 PM EDT) -- Fox News Network LLC has resolved its legal battle with a man who slapped the cable news outfit with a copyright and breach of contract suit over its allegedly unauthorized use of footage of infamous Ponzi schemer Bernard L. Madoff.

Judge Shira Scheindlin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on a stipulation and order dismissing the case with prejudice on Wednesday.
