Stryker Tries To Limit Bone Device Marketing Charges

Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Stryker Biotech LLC and four current and former executives are seeking to trim criminal allegations that they falsely marketed devices used in invasive bone surgeries, arguing that federal prosecutors brought the charges in the wrong venue.
