Port Authority Wins Stay Of WTC Coverage Arbitration

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 6:41 PM EDT) -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has obtained an order from a New Jersey judge staying arbitration and directing discovery in a suit accusing the American Excess Insurance Association of breaching contract by refusing to cover workers' compensation claims connected to the 1993 World Trade Center bombings.
