Rajaratnam Calls FBI Wiretap Order Reckless

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 6:49 PM EDT) -- FBI agents acted recklessly when they requested a wiretap and failed to disclose that a separate federal investigation had already turned up millions of documents and hours of testimony in the Galleon Group insider trading case, the hedge fund management firm's founder Raj Rajaratnam claims.
