2nd Circ. Upholds $411M Award To BofA In Gas Case

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Friday upheld a $411 million award to Bank of America Corp. in its case against American Electric Power Energy Services Gas Holding Co. over security interest in 55 billion cubic feet of natural gas in South Texas formerly owned by Enron Corp.
