Judge Tosses 3G Phone Suit Against Google, HTC

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 1:07 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims against Google Inc. and HTC Corp. and granted T-Mobile USA Inc.'s motion to compel arbitration in a proposed breach of warranty class action against the three companies alleging that Google's Nexus One phone is incapable of high-speed Internet connections.
