9/11 Rescue Workers' $713M Deal Clears Last Hurdle

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 6:13 PM EST) -- More than 95 percent of eligible plaintiffs have opted into a $712.5 million settlement for rescue and recovery workers allegedly injured from the 9/11 attacks, clearing the way for the deal between the plaintiffs and WTC Captive Insurance Co. to go into effect.
