Plaintiffs Exit Bayer MDL But Still Face Discovery

Law360 (December 1, 2010, 1:49 PM EST) -- A federal judge has allowed 10 of 15 named plaintiffs to drop their class action claims in multidistrict litigation alleging Bayer Corp. failed to obtain regulatory approvals for two aspirin drugs, on the condition the dismissed plaintiffs respond to Bayer's discovery requests.
