Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 4:12 PM EST) -- A former Delta Air Lines Inc. employee has dropped his appeal of a bankruptcy judge’s decision to subordinate a $100 million class claim against the airline, opting instead to pursue a separate action related to the alleged mismanagement of Delta’s retirement savings plan.
