Disney Fails To Nix $319M 'Millionaire' Verdict

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 7:54 PM EST) -- A federal judge has reportedly issued a tentative denial of The Walt Disney Co.'s quest to overturn a $319 million jury verdict in a licensing battle over profits from the hit TV show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.”
