Judge Tosses Bid For New Enron Complaints

Law360 (March 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of gas companies has lost its bid to add new claims to its complaint that bankrupt energy giant Enron Corp. shirked certain underground natural gas contracts, with a federal bankruptcy court on Tuesday denying the group's motion for additional discovery.
