Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 7:06 PM EST) -- A federal judge has given Bank of America Corp. until Friday to respond to claims that it did not bother talking to plaintiffs in a sweeping multidistrict litigation when it negotiated a $137.3 million settlement with 20 state attorneys general over allegations of bid-rigging in the municipal bond derivatives market.
