Air Cargo Probe Now Includes Northwest

Law360 (March 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt Northwest Airlines Corp. is the latest company to be ensnared by the probe into price-fixing in the air cargo industry, the company admitted in bankruptcy court proceedings.

In a Tuesday filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York, law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP asked for reimbursement for “document review, witness interviews, research and analysis of issues arising from” the Department of Justice’s investigation. The firm wants $1.17 for its work on the investigation.
