Networking Insider Trading Defendants Win Bail Deals

Law360, New York (January 4, 2011, 4:15 PM EST) -- A federal judge has consented to bail packages in an insider trading case against a sales manager at expert-networking firm Primary Global Research LLC and two former technology company managers.

The defendants, Primary Global salesman James Fleishman, former Flextronics International Ltd. business development director Walter Shimoon and former Advanced Micro Devices supply chain manager Mark Anthony Longoria, appeared Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York following arrests in California and Texas.
