Domino's Cuts $1.45M Deal With Calif. Labor Class

Law360 (January 11, 2011, 1:20 PM EST) -- Domino's Pizza LLC has agreed to pay a class of truck drivers and other employees $1.45 million to resolve allegations that it denied meal breaks and failed to pay full wages.

The agreement, revealed in an approval motion lodged by the plaintiffs Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, would leave about $955,000 for class members after attorneys' fees and other costs.
