Thrashers Owners Sue King & Spalding Over Contract

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 7:14 PM EST) -- Owners of the Atlanta Thrashers hockey team have sued King & Spalding LLC, accusing the law firm of negotiating an unenforceable buyout contract that cost them nearly $200 million and entangled them in litigation for five years.
