NorthStar Hard Rock Foreclosure A Ploy, Lenders Say

Law360 (February 3, 2011, 8:05 PM EST) -- Owners and senior lenders of Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel and Casino asked a New York judge on Thursday to stop NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. from initiating foreclosure under a credit agreement, arguing the fellow lender was trying to spark a bankruptcy filing.
