Mario Cuomo To Ref Madoff Trustee, Mets Showdown

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 7:20 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge tapped Mario M. Cuomo on Thursday to mediate a trustee's adversary fight accusing the owners of the New York Mets of reaping $300 million in bogus profits from Bernard L. Madoff's Ponzi scheme.
