NCAA Gets Price-Fixing Fight Moved To Ind.

Law360 (February 23, 2011, 12:38 PM EST) -- A federal judge in California on Tuesday granted the NCAA's bid to ship a putative price-fixing class action brought by a former Rice University football player to Indiana.

Judge Jeffrey S. White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed off on the Indianapolis-based NCAA's transfer motion, finding that moving the case to the Southern District of Indiana would be convenient for all parties and serve the interests of justice.
