Construction Co. Sued For OT On Public Projects

Law360, New York (March 15, 2011, 1:46 PM EDT) -- Workers hit M.A. Angeliades Inc. and its insurer with a class action Monday, accusing the construction company of failing to pay them overtime for projects under contracts with New York state agencies.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the workers allege they were forced to work weekends for reduced pay after putting in 40-hour workweeks on construction projects for state agencies.
