US Fights Full 11th Circ. Review Of Health Care Law

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 1:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. asked the Eleventh Circuit on Thursday to reject a request from 26 states for initial en banc review of their fight over health care reform, saying the states are merely rushing to bring the challenge to the U.S. Supreme Court.
