Korean Air Asks MDL Judge To Rethink Doc Order

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 3:02 PM EDT) -- Korean Air Lines Co. Ltd. on Thursday asked a New York federal judge overseeing an air cargo price-fixing multidistrict litigation to reconsider an order compelling the company to produce documents relating to an antitrust investigation by the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
