YouTube, Google Face Class Action Infringement Suit

Law360, New York (May 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- YouTube Inc. and parent company Google Inc. have been hit with a proposed IP class action brought by a British soccer league and an independent music publisher hoping to represent all content producers that allege their copyrighted work has been unlawfully posted on YouTube.
