Tech Giants Face Antitrust Action Over Workers' Pay

Law360, New York (May 4, 2011, 4:55 PM EDT) -- Silicon Valley heavyweights, including Apple Inc., Google Inc. and Intel Corp., were hit Wednesday with a proposed antitrust class action in California state court for allegedly conspiring to fix employees' pay.
