Chuck E. Cheese's Gambling Suit Heads To Calif. Court

Law360, New York (May 20, 2011, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A mother who filed a putative class action requesting monetary damages from Chuck E. Cheese's for allegedly promoting gambling to children withdrew the federal suit Thursday and filed claims in California state court seeking certain games' removal from the restaurants.
