Air France Plaintiffs Lose Latest Bid To Keep Suit In US

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday again ruled that multidistrict litigation over the deadly 2009 Societe Air France crash could not be maintained in the U.S., rejecting the plaintiffs' bid to revive the tort litigation by dropping the French defendants.
