LA Dodgers Throw MLB A Curveball With Ch. 11

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 11:51 AM EDT) -- Locked in a battle with Major League Baseball over control of the Los Angeles Dodgers, owner Frank H. McCourt took his team into Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday in a bid to complete a media distribution package the league rejected.
