Judge Tosses Shareholder Suit Against AOL

Law360, New York (May 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday threw out a shareholder's suit against America Online Inc. relating to its merger with Time Warner Inc., saying it exceeded the two-year statute of limitations.

Judge Shirley Wohl Kram of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York granted a motion by the defendants, including AOL Time Warner Inc. and Time Warner Inc., to dismiss the complaint.
