Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 8:01 PM EDT) -- The trustee overseeing recovery for Bernard L. Madoff's victims lost a fight Friday to keep a $1 billion lawsuit against the owners of the New York Mets in a New York bankruptcy court, with a federal judge ruling the case belongs in his ballpark.
