More Sales Reps Join Novartis Overtime Lawsuit

Law360, New York (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A long-running wage-and-hour lawsuit filed against Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. grew a size on Thursday, with a slew of new plaintiffs joining the suit, which alleges the drug maker failed to pay its sales representatives overtime and provide rest and meal breaks.

According to court documents filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, 71 additional plaintiffs have consented to join the action.
