Law360, New York (July 25, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- Rabobank Group was dismissed Friday in New York from multidistrict litigation brought by 21 municipalities alleging the Netherlands-based bank and other financial institutions ripped off municipalities by rigging the bidding process for a series of bond derivatives offerings.
Rabobank's dismissal comes less than two weeks after a group of 25 state attorneys general reached an agreement with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the MDL.
Terms of the Rabobank stipulation were not immediately disclosed on Monday.
