DirecTV Fights Comcast's Bid To Pull NFL Package Ads

Law360, New York (August 5, 2011, 3:33 PM EDT) -- DirecTV Inc. fought back Friday against rival Comcast Cable Communications LLC's bid to immediately block its allegedly false and competitively unfair advertisements for its NFL Sunday Ticket service, telling an Illinois federal court that the ads' statements are true and pose no emergency.
